No matter who you are or what your background, EFA has something for you. Our staff is as diverse as our community and skilled at developing community from within. If you're a man or woman living with HIV, we welcome you to our family. Men who have sex with men, whether you identify as gay or bisexual, and regardless of your HIV status, we invite you to be part of a group as well. Everyone has a voice. Let it be heard. The Knights: Weekly Wednesday night social group for men over the age of 30 who have sex with men. This group focuses on life in the African American community. LIFE Yoga: Health and wellness program designed for men whom have successfully completed a session of LIFE. Our certified yoga instructor works with participants on an individual basis because everyone has different comfort levels. This class is offered a couple of times a year, which varies by season.
