6th Annual Thirst For Life

We just can't bring ourselves to imagine a world without pets.  A sweet, loving companion can help people cope with life, especially when they have been diagnosed with something as life-changing as HIV/AIDS.  Saint Louis Effort for AIDS recognizes this and offers the PAWS (Pets Are Wonderful Support) program to help clients care for their animals.

Thirst for Life 2011 has surpassed our goal of $30,000! We're still receiving individual contributions through the mail.

Your generousity help raise enough funds to directly sustain services for 65 pets and decrease the wait time for the 27 pets currently on the wait list. In 2010, PAWS was only able to sustain services for 56 pets.

The PAWS program is funded entirely by individual gifts, Thirst For Life donations and additional private donations.
